Order Processing/Shipping/Returns

Please read this information carefully as it contains important details about OUR store order, shipping and return processes. This section contains details regarding your rights, obligations, limitations and exclusions that may apply to you.

Order Processing

Processing time for orders are 1-2 business days. Orders typically ship within 2-3 days of placing your order. Our Customer Care team does not process orders on weekends or holidays. All orders received after 5PM will be placed in queue the next business day.

Payment Terms

We accept most major credit cards. Your credit will be charged as soon as you place your online order.  Your billing and shipping address must match in order to complete a transaction on this site. We will pursue prosecution to the full extent of the law for credit card fraud.

Shipping Policy

All orders within the US are shipped via United States Postal Service. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with your tracking number to track your package. Typical delivery times are approximately 2-3 business days once your order has been shipped. 

Errors and Shipment Delays

We will not be responsible for shipment delays due to inclement weather or unforeseeable natural disasters. Items will be shipped within the specified timeframe however; we advise that you place your order far in advance to allow for unplanned delays. All shipping errors must be reported within 3 business days of receiving your purchase. Once confirmed that an incorrect item was sent, we will resend the correct product upon receipt of the incorrect ITEM(S).

Terms & Conditions

In the event you review your tracking information and there is a discrepancy in delivery information or it has been lost in transit please contact our customer experience team immediately to initiate a trace on your package. If it is determined that your shipment has been lost, a replacement will be sent.

Refund and Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of our products All sales are FINAL and there are no refunds. Customers may complete an exchange request within 7 days of receipt in order to be granted an exchange. Exchanges are forfeited after the 7th day. The product must be sent back in the original condition (original ties, packaging, unaltered in color or length and unwashed) or altered in any other manor than which it was originally shipped.
